Ana Maria Catarino and her brother were pupils at Peak School in the late 1970s and early 1980s. She and her brother appear in some of the pictures from the early eighties on the web site. Alastair Forsyth was at the school from about 1937 to 1939 - one of our true "Old Boys". His father was Henry Russell ("Rusty") Forsyth, chartered accountant and treasurer of Happy Valley racecourse, who as a Major commanded the Scottish company of the HK Volunteer Defence Force, and was killed at Stanley in December 1941. Josh Green was at Peak School from Year 1 to Year 6 during the late 70s and early 80s. He went on to secondary school in the UK and university in the US. He returned to Hong Kong in 1998 and is now a hedge fund consultant. His email address is jgreen@arnhold.com.hk
Kymberley Griffiths attended Peak School from 1966 to 1969. She has many fond memories of the school, in spite of some prolonged absences due to illness. She now lives in the United States and can be contacted at Kym0815@aol.com
Dominic Howard was at Peak School in the late 1970s, "from 76ish to 79ish". He then attended Clifton College in the UK as a boarder and went on to study at Imperial College in London. Dominic lived and worked in Hong Kong until 1998, then lived in Dubai for a few years before settling in the US. He now works in Richmond, Virginia as a Senior Brand Manager for Philip Morris. David Moseley and his brothers Paul and John were at Peak School from 1966-1969. David and Paul are both now Sea Captains with a Norwegian shipping line. Very sadly, John died in a swimming accident four years ago. All of the brothers loved their times at Peak School (see Alumni Reminiscences). George Scheller and his brother Walter started their school years at the Peak nearly 60 years ago, in 1947, travelling on the Peak Tram from Mid Levels (McDonnell Road stop) every day. After passing his Eleven Plus at the school he eventually returned to Switzerland and Germany for his secondary and tertiary education. He now lives in Cologne and is an entrepreneur and inventor. Colin Sim was a Peak School student from 1974-1980. Some of his happy memories of his time here are recounted on the Alumni Reminiscences page. He was also one of a very large number of our students who lived at Mansfield Road, and he maintains a web site for former Mansfield Road residents to keep in touch.
Mark Simpson was at Peak School from "1966 to 1972 or thereabouts". He remembers the move of the junior school from the old premises at the Peak Fire Station to the Plunketts Road site. He reminiscences that "me and my mates were always in trouble for one thing or another" but this did not dampen his enthusiasm for the school! Carol Wheeler (now Howard) was at Peak School from the mid 60s to the early 70s.
